At The Kai Shop, we believe in keeping our customers happy... always. Our return policies are created with you in mind and ensure that you are satisfied every step of the way.
Product Received in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect or Wrong Item
In case the product is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or a wrong product has been sent, kindly contact us at care.thekaishop@gmail.com.
Kindly retain all packaging materials and product(s) until a set of instructions from The Kai Shop is received.
In case of any other complaints regarding the delivered package, email The Kai Shop at care.thekaishop@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Do not return any product(s) before receiving a confirmation email from The Kai Shop. If you wish to return a product, write to us at care.thekaishop@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Once we verify the damage or manufacturing defect, our customer care team will email you with instructions on how to return the product.
Your email should contain comprehensive details of the defect/complaint. Please note that The Kai Shop will examine the returned products based on your email before taking action.
All shipping costs of returning the defective products to The Kai Shop, in addition to the amount paid by the customer towards shipping when receiving the item, are to be borne entirely by the customer.
All defective products must be returned in original condition, with original packaging, the invoice, and sealed carefully. Please return the item using the return label provided to you by our customer care team at the time of return confirmation.
The safe receipt of the defective product by The Kai Shop is the sole responsibility of the customer.
The Kai Shop shall examine the returned products and ensure remedial steps are taken promptly. If the product/invoice/order details reveal that the error was due to the customer, any modifications/alterations will be done at the customer’s cost.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued only in the form of store credit.
Refunds will be given only if the order is damaged, faulty, or incorrect due to an error on the part of The Kai Shop.
Refunds will not be issued for orders delivered in the correct color and size selected by the customer. In the event of an error on the part of The Kai Shop, the product can be replaced or the amount refunded as store credit, at the sole discretion of the brand.

It may take 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your store account.
TOKEN AMOUNTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER 24 HOURS OF PLACING ORDERS.
Partial Refunds
In the case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason The Kai Shop is unable to deliver certain product(s), the customer may:

Select an alternate product, or

Receive store credit for future purchases.
The decision to offer a refund lies at the sole discretion of The Kai Shop.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be entertained after that window.
Once you request a cancellation, it will take up to 4 business days to process and issue store credit. You will be notified once this is done.
Please Note: Mode of refund for cancelled prepaid orders is store credit only. Please allow 7–10 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.

As products on The Kai Shop are designer-made, hand-woven, and intricately crafted, variations in color and embellishment may occur compared to what you see on the website. This is due to:
